Move picture to the center and get rid of her titles (since it is said below the recipe title)
Decrease leading for recipe name
Increase point size of “By Stacy Title”
Decrease margin bottom of footer

Rob Hall:

Change main headers to a dark blue that would match the background
Align recipe title to the left (left-align)
